Service Procedure

A. Install Spark Advance Vacuum Modulator (SAVM)





1. Locate and cut the vacuum line to the ESA module as shown in Figure 1.





2. Install the supplied Spark Advance Vacuum Modulator (SAVM) between the cut ends of the hose as shown in Figure 2.

Note:
Make sure the SAVM is oriented in the direction shown.

B. Install Hose Routing Label

1. Locate the hose routing label on the left shock tower or on the underside of the hood. Remove all dirt from the label and install the supplied hose routing label covering the old label.
