HORIZON, OMNI, CHARGER & TURISMO
1. Remove steering wheel, column covers and turn signal switch.
2. With a hacksaw blade, cut upper {1/4} inch from retainer pin boss.
3. Using a suitable drift, drive roll pin from housing and remove lock cylinder.
4. Insert new cylinder into housing, ensuring that it engages lug or ignition switch driver.
5. Install roll pin.
6. Check for proper operation.
