Before proceeding with "Diagnosis and Troubleshooting," start engine with vehicle in neutral and brakes applied. If speed control is engaged when the engine is started, refer to "Component Testing." If, while road testing vehicle, the speed control engages without activating the "Set" button, refer to "Component Testing."
