DISCUSSION:

A procedure for cutting a valet key for the listed models has been developed and is illustrated below.


PARTS:

1 Key Blank MB543052



PROCEDURE:

1. Set the key code on the key cutter (Curtis product) and cut the notches in the key blank.

2. To make a valet key from the newly cut key, use a small file or stationary grinder to carefully cut out the hatched section shown in the illustration and remove all burrs.
