The enclosed owner notification and Owner's Manual Addendum card are being mailed to all owners of affected 1996 model year Plymouth Breeze (JA) vehicles. The addendum provides the manual transaxle recommended shift speed schedule which was omitted from the owners manual in violation of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (GARB) regulations.

Dealers may copy and cut out the addendum card below as necessary and insert it into the Owner's Manual of each affected 1996 Breeze in dealer stock before retail delivery.
