Timing Cover: Service and Repair

1. Remove accessory drive belts.
2. Raise and support vehicle on a hoist and remove right inner splash shield.
3. Remove crankshaft damper bolt, then remove damper using puller tool No. 1026 and insert 6827, or equivalents.
4. Lower vehicle and place jack under engine.
5. Remove right engine mount and bracket.
6. Remove front half of timing belt cover.
7. Loosen timing belt tensioner screws and remove timing belt tensioner.
8. Reverse procedure to install
