Heating and Air Conditioning: Locations

The evaporator fin sensor is located in the heater-A/C housing and placed in the evaporator fins.

The condenser is located in the air flow in front of the engine cooling radiator.

The evaporator coil is located in the heater-A/C housing, under the instrument panel.

The "H" valve-type Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is located at the dash panel between the liquid and suction lines, and the evaporator coil.
