1977 THROUGH 1985 REAR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES
Spring shims for minor correction of low trim height are available from GMWDD. The shims can be used on 1977 through 1985 rear wheel drive vehicles.
These shims are 1/8" thick, and no more than two (2) are to be used at each spring location. When used on a front spring, the vehicle's trim height at the wheel opening will be increased approximately two (2) times the thickness of the shim. When used on a rear spring, the trim height will be increased approximately the same amount as the thickness of the shims.
