Subject: CLOCK SERVICE - ALL MODELS
There have been a number of clocks returned to the Warranty Repair Station that, according to their tests, appear to be satisfactory. It would be helpful to include specific information as to why the clock was returned for repair.

The following is a sample checklist of the kinds of information needed when returning a clock:

1. Dead clock (no movement or sound).

2. If condition is intermittent, be sure to include this information.

3. Runs backward.

4. Runs fast.

5. Runs slow.

6. No lights.

7. Noisy.

8. Clock blows fuse.

9. Cannot set time.

10. Scratched/defective lens.

11. Loose terminal/broken light socket hole.
