Oil Filter Bypass Valve - Replacement Part Update

Subject: OIL FILTER BYPASS VALVE -
ALL 2.5L L-4 ENGINES

Whenever a repair requires replacement of the engine block, it will be necessary to remove the oil filter bypass valve assembly and reinstall it in the new block... If a new oil filter bypass check valve assembly is required, it will be necessary to order part number 25010497 through WDDGM (see illustration).
