Intermediate Band Assembly
1. Check
band for burns, flaking or other damage.
2. Install intermediate
band, locating the eye end into the case and aligning the lugged end with the apply pin bore. If lug is improperly located, the band will be inoperative.
3. Install
band anchor hole plug and stake into bore using a chisel, see image.
