Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect blower lead wire.
3. Remove blower motor to case attaching screws then the blower and wheel as an assembly. Scribe mark on blower motor and case so motor is installed in original position.
4. Remove nut and separate motor from wheel.
5. Reverse procedure to install. At assembly position open end of blower wheel away from blower motor. Replace sealer at blower motor flange if necessary.
