Removal

Fig. 10 Removing clutch plate & hub assembly components:

1. Refer to ``Clutch, Replace'' procedure to remove clutch plate and hub assembly.
2. Remove snap ring from bearing assembly.
3. Position rotor and bearing puller guide J-25031-1 on front head and install rotor and bearing puller J-25031-2 down into rotor until puller arms engage recessed edge of rotor hub, Fig. 10. Hold puller and arms in place and tighten puller screw against puller guide to remove clutch pulley rotor and bearing.
4. Position pulley rotor on blocks and drive bearing out of rotor hub with rotor bearing remover J-9398. Staking at rear of rotor hub does not need to be filed off until new bearing is installed.
