Reverse Pipe & Parking Bracket

1. Inspect bracket for damage. Actuator rod must be positioned over parking pawl and out of parking range.
2. Install parking lock bracket and dipstick stop, then install retaining screws. Refer to "Torque Specifications Chart" for torque values.
3. Check parking lock assembly for proper operation.
4. Using a 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) rod, install low-reverse seal assembly.

5. Install O-ring back-up washer, then install O-ring seal on reverse oil pipe and install reverse oil pipe. Install plain end first, then install O-ring end into low-reverse seal bore, Fig. 6.
6. Install pipe retainer bracket and bolt. Refer to "Torque Specifications Chart" for torque values.
