Assembly

- Lubricate piston seal with clean brake fluid, then install piston seal into caliper bore groove. Check to ensure piston seal is not twisted.

Installing Boot Onto Piston:

- Install lubricated boot onto piston.
- Lubricate caliper bore with clean brake fluid.
- Insert piston into caliper bore, then force piston down until piston bottoms in bore.

Front Disc Brake Caliper Dust Boot Installer:

Seating Dust Boot In Caliper:

- Seat dust boot in caliper housing counterbore.
- Install bleeder screw on caliper housing.
