Tool Required:
J-38100-C A/C Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Station.

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Recover refrigerant.
3. Drain cooling system.
4. Hoist vehicle.
5. Heater hoses at core.
6. Drain tube.
7. Block fitting at evaporator and discard 0-ring seals.
8. Lower vehicle.
9. Right and left sound insulators.
10. Floor air outlet duct and hoses from duct.
11. Heater core cover.
12. Heater core.
13. Evaporator core cover.
14. Evaporator core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core.
2. Evaporator core cover.
3. Heater core.
4. Heater core cover.
5. Floor air outlet duct and hoses.
6. Right and left sound insulators.
7. Hoist vehicle.
8. Block fitting using new 0-ring seals.
9. Drain tube.
10. Heater hoses at core.
11. Lower vehicle.
12. Refill cooling system and check for leaks.
13. Evacuate and recharge A/C system (charge system with 1.02 kg (2.25 lbs. of R-12.
14. Negative battery cable.
