Starter Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Disconnect electrical connections at starter.
4. Remove starter motor mounting bolts and shims if necessary.
5. Remove starter motor from engine.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
