Armrest Bin Lid Hinge

Description:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Lower console.
2. Console vent outlets, pull outlets rearward from knob.
3. Armrest bin rear trim plate.
4. Console cigar lighter.
5. Console duct fasteners to lower console, push duct assembly forward with center trim plate rotated back.
6. Armrest bin lid hinge fasteners to lower console.
7. Armrest bin lid hinge.

Install or Connect
1. Armrest bin lid hinge.
2. Armrest bin lid hinge fasteners to lower console.

Tighten
^ Fasteners to 1.9 Nm (17 lb. in.). Position console duct assembly into place.

3. Console duct fasteners to lower console.

Tighten
^ Fasteners to 1.9 Nm (17 lb. in).

4. Console cigar lighter.
5. Armrest bin rear trim plate.
6. Lower console.
7. Console vent outlets, align pin with hole in flow diverting knob, align outlet with pivot arm, then press until firmly seated.
