Accumulator Assembly, 2-1 Band Servo Assemble

1. Install the cover gasket (105) to the manual 2-1 band servo into the case. Lubricate the gasket with automatic transmission fluid.
2. Install the assembly (104-116) to the manual 2-1 band servo into the case. Make sure that the servo pin engages the band assembly.





3. Install the accumulator (132) and the cover assembly (104) to the manual 2-1 band servo into the case.
4. Install the lube oil pipe (130) into the case at the lube hole for the differential carrier internal gear.
5. Use a screwdriver in order to lock the lube oil pipe retainer (129) into the case.
6. Install the three manual cover bolts (103) for the 2-1 band servo.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 24 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).

7. Install the four accumulator cover bolts (131).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).
