First Repair

IMPORTANT
^ The following repair procedures should only be used in the event that the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module mounting fasteners are damaged to the extent that the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module can no longer be properly mounted.

FIRST REPAIR:
1. Remove and discard the stripped fastener.
2. Use a new M8 fastener (part # 11504031).

TIGHTEN
^ Fastener to 14.0 N.m (124 lb. in.).
