Front Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector in order to access the window regulator.
3. Remove the window assembly.
4. Remove the window regulator bolts (3).
5. Remove the window regulator rivets (2).
6. Remove the window regulator (5).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the window regulator (5).
2. Install the window regulator rivets (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice

3. Install the window regulator bolts (3).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts (3) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the window regulator nuts (4).

Tighten
Tighten the nuts (4) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

5. Install the window assembly.
6. Install the water deflector.
7. Install the door trim panel.
