Generator Brace Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the generator.
2. Remove the canister purge solenoid.






3. Remove the generator rear brace bolts (5).
4. Remove the generator rear brace (4) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the generator rear brace (4) to vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install generator rear brace bolts (5).

Tighten
Tighten the generator rear brace bolts (5) to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Install the canister purge solenoid.
4. Install the generator.
