Starting System Circuit Description
Moving the
ignition switch to the START position sends a
12 V signal to the Park/neutral Position
(PNP) switch. The PNP switch must be in P or N in order for the voltage to flow to the
starter solenoid S terminal. Ground is supplied through the engine block.
