P/S Return Line Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the pressure line from the power steering pump.
2. Remove the return hose from the power steering pump.
3. Raise and support the vehicle.
4. Remove the right side engine splash shield.
5. Remove both lines from the retaining clip.
6. Remove the return line from the cooling pipe.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the return line to the cooler pipe.
2. Install both lines to the retaining clip.
3. Install the right side engine splash shield.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Install the return hose to the power steering pump.
6. Install the pressure line to the power steering pump.
