Fuel Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement) .




3. Drill the rivets from the fuel filler door hinge.
4. Remove the fuel filler door from the quarter panel.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the fuel filler door to the quarter panel.
2. Install the rivets to the fuel filler door hinge.




3. Install the fuel filler pocket to the quarter panel. Refer to Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement) .
4. Close the fuel filler door.
