Ignition Switch Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Disable the SIR system.
2. Remove the steering column trim covers.





3. Pull the theft deterrent control module (2) away from the lock cylinder housing (1)





4. Depress the 2 white spring loaded retainers on the ignition switch.
5. Slide the ignition switch downward away from the ignition lock cylinder case.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition switch.

Installation Procedure
1. Connect the electrical connector to the ignition switch.





2. Slide the ignition switch into the ignition lock cylinder case.





3. Push the theft deterrent module (2), onto the lock cylinder housing (1)
4. Install the steering column trim covers.
5. Enable the SIR System.
