Recirculation Door Replacement

RECIRCULATION DOOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC module assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the recirculation actuator from the HVAC module assembly.
3. Remove the two screws holding the recirculation actuator housing to the HVAC module assembly.
4. Remove the recirculation actuator and housing from the HVAC module assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation actuator and housing to the HVAC module assembly.
2. Install the recirculation actuator housing screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the housing screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Install the recirculation actuator to the HVAC module assembly.
4. Install the HVAC module assembly to the vehicle.
