Brace Replacement - Front Fender Upper Diagonal

Removal Procedure

1. Open and support the hood.




2. Remove the front fender upper diagonal brace-to-inner fender bolt.
3. Remove the front fender upper diagonal brace-to-radiator support bolts.
4. Remove the front fender upper diagonal brace.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the front fender upper diagonal brace.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts to the front fender upper diagonal brace at the radiator support.

Tighten the bolts to 47 N.m (35 lb ft).

3. Install the front fender diagonal brace-to-inner fender bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 47 N.m (35 lb ft).

4. Close the hood.
