Maintenance Indicator Reset

GM OIL LIFE SYSTEM - RESETTING

DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER (if Equipped)
1. Turn the ignition key to "ON" (engine OFF).
2. Push the accelerator pedal fully to the floor and slowly release three times within five seconds.
3. If the CHANGE OIL SOON light flashes, the system is reseting.
4. Turn the ignition OFF after the light has finished flashing. Start the vehicle.
If the "CHANGE ENGINE OIL" message comes back on, the monitor has not reset. Repeat the procedure.

TRIP COMPUTER (if equipped)
1. Press the MODE button until the light appears lit next to OIL LIFE.
2. Press and hold the RESET button for three seconds. The oil life percentage should change to 100%.
