Clutch Start Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Disconnect the clutch start switch electrical connector.
2. Remove the clutch start switch retaining nut, then the start switch.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the clutch start switch and retaining nut.
^ Tighten the retaining nut to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the clutch start switch electrical connector.
3. Check the clutch start switch for proper operation.
