Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Rendezvous)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the fuel filler cap from the fuel filler neck.
2. Remove the fuel filler neck seal from the fuel filler neck.
3. Remove the screws from the fuel filler pocket.
4. Remove the fuel filler pocket from the fuel filler neck.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the fuel filler pocket to the fuel filler neck, pressing into place until fully seated.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws to the fuel filler pocket.

Tighten the fuel filler pocket screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the fuel filler neck seal to the fuel filler neck.
4. Install the fuel filler cap to the fuel filler neck.
