Front Fender Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
2. Remove the screw (3) from the front lower fascia (4).
3. Remove the screw (1) from the front upper fascia (4).




4. Remove the outer screws (1) from the liner (2).




5. Remove the inner screw (2) from the fender liner (1).




6. Remove the retainers (3) from the fender liner (2).
7. Remove the fender liner (2) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the front fender liner (2) to the vehicle.
2. Install the retainers (3) to the fender liner (2).





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the inner fender liner screw (2).

Tighten the inner fender liner screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).





4. Install the screws (1) to the front fender liner (2).

Tighten the fender liner screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).





5. Install the screw (1) to the front upper fascia (4).

Tighten the upper fascia screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

6. Install the screw (3) to the front lower fascia (4).

Tighten the lower fascia screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

7. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
