Fascia Grille Replacement - Front Bumper - Lower

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front bumper fascia (1). Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper) .
2. Apply masking tape around the grille to protect the paint and fascia.

Important: If the lower fascia grille is to be reused, take care as the speed nuts can cut into and break the lugs during removal.


3. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the 4 rectangular speed nuts (2) attaching the lower fascia grille (3) to the front bumper fascia (1).
4. Release the grille tabs (4) from the front bumper fascia (1) and pull out lower fascia grille (3).
5. Remove the front bumper fascia grille (3) from the front bumper fascia (1).



Installation Procedure





1. Position the lower fascia grille (3) to the front bumper fascia (1).
2. Press the front bumper fascia grille (3) until the retainers (4) are fully seated.
3. Install the 4 rectangular speed nuts (2) attaching the lower fascia grille (3) to the front bumper fascia (1).
4. Remove the protective tape from around the grille.
5. Install the front bumper fascia (1). Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper) .
