Locking Rod Replacement - Front Door
LOCKING ROD REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOORREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise the window to the full UP position.
2. Remove the door trim panel.
3. Remove the water deflector, as required.
4. Remove the lower window channel retainer (2).
5. Pull the lock cylinder rod in order to disengage the rod (1) from the door lock assembly.
6. Remove the door lock rod (1) from the door lock cylinder.
7. Remove the door lock rod (1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the door lock rod (1) to the door lock cylinder.
2. Push the lock cylinder rod (1) in order to engage the rod to the door lock assembly.
3. Install the lower window channel retainer (2).
4. Install the water deflector.
5. Install the door trim panel.
