Lock Cylinder Replacement - Door

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front side door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door Service and Repair
2. Remove the hole plug (2).
3. Remove the following components from the outside door handle (3):

* The torx screw
* The door lock cylinder (1)




Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the door lock cylinder (1) to the outside door handle (3). Secure the lock cylinder with the torx screw.

Tighten the door lock cylinder bolt to 4.0 N.m (35 lb in).

2. Install the hole plug (2).
3. Install the front side door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door Service and Repair
