Generator Brace Replacement
GENERATOR BRACE REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the three bolts (3) and one nut (2) form the engine cover (1).
2. Remove the engine cover (1)
3. Remove the two bolts (6) from the generator brace (4).
4. Remove the generator brace (4) from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the generator brace (4) to the vehicle. Secure the brace with the two bolts (6).
Tighten
Tighten the two bolts (6) to 29 N.m (21 lb ft).
2. Install the engine cover (1). Secure the cover with the three bolts (3) and one nut (2).
Tighten
Tighten the three bolts (3) and one nut (2) to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
