Generator Pulley Replacement
GENERATOR PULLEY REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the generator from the vehicle.
2. Remove the pulley nut using a box end wrench (2) and a socket wrench (1). Loosen the nut with the box end wrench while holding the rotor shaft with the socket wrench.
3. Remove the pulley (3).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the pulley (3) to the generator.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the nut using a box end wrench (2) and a socket wrench (1). Tighten the nut with the box end wrench while holding the rotor shaft with the socket wrench.
Tighten
Tighten the pulley nut to 111 N.m (81 lb ft).
3. Install the generator to the vehicle.
