Intake Manifold Removal - Upper





1. Remove the MAP sensor electrical connector.
2. Remove the MAP sensor from bracket.
3. Remove the MAP sensor bracket and bracket bolt.





4. Remove the EGR cover plate bolt and stud, plate and gasket if required.





5. Remove the vacuum harness assembly.





6. Remove the accelerator cable bracket and bracket bolts.





7. Remove the purge valve bracket bolt, hose and valve assembly.
8. Remove the throttle body bolts.
9. Remove the throttle body and gasket.
10. Remove the upper intake manifold bolts.
11. Remove the upper intake manifold and gaskets.
