Washer Hose Replacement - Rear

WASHER HOSE REPLACEMENT - REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the right closeout/insulator panel.
2. Remove the right cowl trim panel.
3. Remove the right lower center pillar molding.
4. Remove the right rear lower quarter trim panel.




5. Disconnect the rear washer hose from the rear washer pump.
6. Remove the rear washer hose end out through the opening under the right side of the instrument panel.




7. Remove the tape that secures the rear washer hose to the right sill area.




8. Remove the tape that secures the rear washer hose to the right rear quarter panel area.
9. Remove the rear washer nozzle.




10. Pull the rear washer hose end out through the liftgate rubber conduit.
11. Pull the rear edge of the headliner down to gain access to the rear washer hose.
12. Remove the rear washer hose from inside of the rear roof panel.
13. Remove the rear washer hose from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the rear washer hose to the inner right side of the vehicle.




2. Route the rear washer hose through the inside of the rear roof panel.
3. Route the rear washer hose through the liftgate rubber conduit.
4. Install the rear washer nozzle.




5. Position the rear washer hose to the right rear quarter panel area and secure with tape.




6. Position the rear washer hose to the right sill area and secure with tape.




7. Install the rear washer hose through the opening in the right side of the instrument panel.
8. Connect the rear washer hose to the rear washer pump.
9. Install the right rear lower quarter trim panel.
10. Install the right lower center pillar molding.
11. Install the right cowl trim panel.
12. Install the right closeout/insulator panel.
