Folding Top Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution:
- Refer to Eye Protection Caution in Service Precautions.
- Refer to Folding Top Hydraulic Pressure Caution in Service Precautions.
- Refer to Servicing Electrical Components Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Place the folding top in the up position.
2. Open the rear compartment.
3. Remove the right side compartment trim.
4. Remove the push-in-pins that attach the control module to the pump bracket.
5. Remove the electrical connectors from the pump bracket and control module Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement (CF5) Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement (C3Y).




6. Remove the control module.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the control module.




2. Install the electrical connectors to the control module.
3. Install the push-in-pins that attach the control module to the pump bracket.
4. Install the side compartment trim.
5. Close the rear compartment.
6. Inspect the folding top for proper operation.
