Front Seat Lumbar Support Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Restraint System Service Precautions.

1. Remove the lumbar knob from the seat.
2. Remove the seat back panel.




3. Remove the fastener from the lumbar actuator.
4. Remove the lumbar springs from the seat frame.
5. Remove the lumbar assembly from the seat frame.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the lumbar assembly to the seat frame.
2. Install the lumbar springs to the seat frame.
3. Install the fastener to the lumbar actuator.
4. Install the seat back panel.
5. Install the lumbar knob to the seat.
6. Verify that the lumbar operates properly.
