Power Seat Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the outer trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement (Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement) .





Important: Use an appropriate flat blade tool wrapped in a soft cloth.


2. Remove the power seat switch knobs (2) by gently prying the buttons off from the switch (1).




3. Remove the power seat switch (1) by releasing the retaining clips (2) and removing it out of its recess, located in the front seat trim panel.



Installation procedure





1. Install the power seat switch (1) into the its recess located in the outer trim panel, listen for an audible click from the retaining clip (2) to confirm fitting,




2. Install the power seat switch buttons (2) to the power seat switch, listen for an audible click to confirm fitting.
3. Install the outer trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement (Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement) .
4. Test the power seat switch for the correct operation.
