Rear License Lamp Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Open the rear compartment lid.
Important: Rotate the license plate lamp bulb socket (2) counter-clockwise to remove.
2. Remove the license plate lamp bulb socket (2) from the licence plate lamp housing (1).
Important: Insert a suitable tool under the licence plate lamp housing (2) to release the locking tab (3), then pry the licence plate lamp housing (2) from the rear compartment lid (1) to remove.
3. Remove the licence plate lamp housing (2) from the rear compartment lid (1).
Installation Procedure
Important: Pivot the license plate lamp assembly (2) into the rear compartment lid (1) cavity and snap into position to install. Listen for an audible click from the locking tab (3) to confirm fitting.
1. Install the license plate lamp assembly (2) to the rear compartment lid (1).
Important: Rotate the license plate lamp bulb socket (2) clock-wise to install.
2. Install the license plate lamp bulb socket (2) to the licence plate lamp housing (1).
3. Close the rear compartment lid.
