Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove air cleaner element refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement (Service and Repair)
3. Remove the air cleaner to chassis retaining bolts (1).
4. Remove the air cleaner assembly from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the air cleaner to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the air cleaner to chassis retaining bolts (1).

Tighten the air cleaner to chassis bolts to 9 N.m (78 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner element Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement (Service and Repair)
4. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement (Service and Repair) .
