Shift Control Housing Disassemble




1. Remove the shift control housing detent plug.
2. Remove the shift control housing detent plug spring.
3. Remove the shift control housing detent.
4. Remove the shift control lever shaft from the boot.
5. Remove the boot from the control lever housing.




6. Remove the shift lever spring.
7. Remove the shift control lever boot and control lever.
8. Remove the shift control lever insulator.




9. Remove the shift control lever extension shaft socket retaining bolt.
10. Remove the shift control lever extension shaft.
11. Remove the shift control lever socket.
