Blower Motor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the right sound insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side (Service and Repair).
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
3. Remove the blower motor screws from the HVAC module.
4. Remove the blower motor from the HVAC module.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the blower motor to the HVAC module.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the blower motor screws to the HVAC module and tighten to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).
3. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor.
4. Install the right sound insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side (Service and Repair).
