Topping up the air-conditioning system

Note: If gas bubbles are visible in the sight glass of the fluid reservoir when the air-conditioning system is switched on, there is not sufficient refrigerant in the system.

1. Extract refrigerant from air-conditioning system.

2. Determine the volume of the refrigerating oil extracted as well.

3. Fill system with new refrigerating oil.

4. Evacuate.

5. Check system for leaks.

6. Fill system with prescribed filling quantity.
