Fuel Injector Check

1. If engine can be operated, start engine. With engine running, disconnect and connect each injector wire connector. As each connector is disconnected, engine speed should drop.
2. If engine cannot be started, turn ignition On. Disconnect each injector wire harness connector. With suitable voltmeter connected to ground, check for battery voltage at one or both injector connector terminals.
3. Using suitable ohmmeter, check resistance across injector terminals. Resistance should be 2 - 3 ohms at 75° F.
