Do not overtighten the coupling nut (arrow 1) when screwing the connection lead onto tester 9268. Contact is assured even when the coupling nut is not fully tightened. Overtightening will cause the connection socket to turn in the tester housing and may result in broken wires. If loose, apply several drops of quick drying cement between the tester housing and socket (arrow 2) to prevent the socket from turning.
