Steering: Service Precautions

1. Turn ignition switch to Off position.
2. Disconnect and cover battery ground cable, then cover negative battery terminal.
3. Wait 20 minutes before starting any necessary repairs. This is necessary to interrupt the power supply to the airbag system.
